Don Anibal comes out of the Highlands of Jalisco, where 100% Blue Weber agave gets double distilled and then rested ten months in white oak — a shorter nap than most reposados, so oak stays a quiet background note rather than the main event. Expect pale straw color, honeyed almond and sweet melon on the palate, and a silky finish that drifts into butterscotch. Balanced enough to sip neat, easygoing enough to sit alongside a margarita.
