Don Abraham's Extra Añejo comes from a single organic estate in Amatitán, Jalisco, where the Montes family hand-farms Blue Weber agave without pesticides or chemicals. Aged more than three years in bourbon barrels, well past the añejo minimum, it pours deep amber with aromas of dried fruit, baking spice, and jasmine, opening into baked coconut, baked apple, cardamom, and black cherry with soft American oak and vanilla. Best sipped neat in a copita to follow that long, velvety finish.
