Three generations before the tequila had a name, the Montes family was already farming blue agave in Amatitán — planting for other brands until 1995, when they finally put their own label on the bottle. This single-estate, organic Blanco is stone-oven cooked and double-distilled the old way, landing at 40% ABV with cooked agave, vanilla, and citrus up front, a mineral edge, and a short, peppery finish. Pour it neat to taste the family's decades of practice, or shake it into a margarita.
