Côte de Glou is a glou-glou-style charmer from Frédéric Brouca, a self-taught winemaker who took over schist-soil vineyards in Faugères back in 2012. This natural red blends Grenache, Carignan, and Syrah, aged two years across stainless steel and neutral French oak with no added sulphites, unfined and unfiltered. Expect blueberry, violet, and wild-fruit brightness alongside gentle spice and a light, easygoing body. Serve with a slight chill next to charcuterie, roasted vegetables, or a lazy weeknight dinner.
