Hailing from Oaxaca's Mixteca region, Dohba Mezcal Mexicano is handcrafted by Maestro Mezcalero Don Manuel Gonzalez from agave hearts matured 9 to 12 years before harvest. The hearts are roasted in volcanic-stone ovens, fermented in oak vats without additives, then double-distilled in copper stills — a process that earned it a Double Gold Medal at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Expect a clean, steel-clear pour with intense herbal aromas and a smooth, lingering finish. Sip it neat as an aperitif, or close out the evening as a digestif.
