Dohba's Ensamble comes from Silacayoápam in Oaxaca's Mixteca region, where third-generation maestro mezcalero Don Manuel González blends 80% Maguey Mexicano with 20% Papalometl — agave hearts matured 9-12 years, roasted in volcanic-stone-lined conical ovens, fermented in oak vats, then double-distilled in copper. The result at 45% ABV leans herbal and fruity, with a smooth, lingering finish. Each bottle is hand-blown from recycled glass and wax-sealed, so no two look alike. Sip it slow, neat, as an aperitif or digestif.
