Venezuelan Master Blender Tito Cordero built this one entirely from heavy pot-still rums, aged at least 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels before a final rest in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. That double life shows up on the nose as port wine, cigar, dried fruit and chocolate, then rolls into raisin, nutmeg and toasted oak. Bottled at 47% with no sweeteners or added color, it stays honest and full. The distillery says it best: pour it neat and let it unwind.
