Three friends built Dezo around a simple swap: real coconut water instead of syrupy mixers, spiked with gluten-free vodka. Bartender Spirits Awards judges (Silver, 2022) picked up coconut and cantaloupe on the nose, with vanilla, baked pie, and a warm, sweet-bread finish - more layered than a typical seltzer.
