Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Devils River's San Antonio distillers take their limestone-water bourbon and layer in real cinnamon spice with a touch of unfiltered Blue Weber agave nectar from Jalisco. The result pours a soft golden hue, opens with a warm, full-bodied nose of cinnamon and vanilla-oak, then turns bourbon-forward with a spicy, agave-kissed finish. Built on a 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% barley mash bill and bottled at 80 proof, it's made for sipping neat by the fire or anchoring a spiced Old Fashioned once the weather turns cool.
