Overview

Named for the Great Nine Partners' Patent, the original Hudson Valley land grant, Denning's Point Distillery built this Beacon, NY gin around nine botanicals instead of the usual laundry list — young juniper, sour orange, grapefruit, coriander, sweet almond, and five proprietary herbs. The result is citrus-forward with a peppery finish, a classic American-style gin with real backbone. Pour it over ice with a grapefruit twist, or shake it into a gin and tonic that actually tastes like something.
