Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Brooklyn's Jason Armstrong built Den of Thieves around an honor-among-thieves ethos rooted in his 1980s and '90s childhood there — and the Ginger Vanilla was his very first release, dreamed up as a whiskey to pair with cigars. He kept tinkering until the sweetness was in check, landing on an 80-proof bourbon steeped with vanilla and ginger root, golden honey in the glass with a nose of vanilla and clotted cream. Pour it neat, on the rocks, or into a whiskey cocktail.
