Born in the Valdobbiadene hills of northern Italy, this Prosecco Superiore comes from 100% Glera grapes handpicked in a UNESCO-listed corner of the Dolomites and vinified by the third-generation Biasiotto winemaking family. An extended secondary fermentation gives it a rich, extra-dry character with a fine, lingering mineral edge and notes of toasted crostini and chamomile.
