Overview

DeKuyper Buttershots is the brand's classic butterscotch schnapps liqueur, produced by John DeKuyper & Sons at its distilleries in Frankfort and Clermont, Kentucky. It delivers rich, candy-like butterscotch character — think melted butter and brown sugar up front, with a smooth, lingering toffee finish. DeKuyper built its 70-plus-flavor schnapps lineup for easy mixing, and Buttershots is a go-to for layered shots like the Buttery Nipple or stirred into a Caramel Apple Martini, plus a splash in hot coffee for a cozy dessert-style drink.
