Produced by Distillerie des Moisans at Sireuil in the Charente, this is the entry point to a house that has been making cognac since 1685. Young, bright eaux-de-vie give it fresh vine fruit and a light oak frame at 40%. There is enough grip here to carry a Sidecar or a straightforward cognac and ginger.
