Oregon white blends don't get talked about enough, and this one from winemaker Brianne Day makes the case in a hurry. Chardonnay leads, with Sauvignon Blanc and Melon de Bourgogne along for the ride, all direct-pressed and fermented spontaneously in neutral French oak. Expect mango and lime up front, then creamy lemon curd, white peach, honeycomb and a whisper of leesy brioche over chalky minerality. At around 12% ABV it stays bright and food-friendly. Pour it with spring vegetables or grilled fish.
