Originally distilled in Indiana, Finished in a Madeira Cask and an Armagnac Cask, Blended and Bottled in Kentucky
Nose: Jamaican pepper, candied white grape, hibiscus, fennel, ripe pear, espresso, and dried cranberry weave a vibrant and aromatic tapestry.
Palate: Bold and intricate, with notes of pine resin, golden manuka honey, cracked white pepper, buttery caramel, charred oak, crisp green apple skins, and hazelnut praline.
Finish: A long, warming finish with rye spice and silky richness. Apple and pear evolve into caramelized sugars, earthy manuka honey, toasted oak, hints of resin, and dark chocolate and fruity terpenes.
