A blend of Semillon and Muscat, this sparkling wine from Dalton is fun and refreshing. The Petillant Naturel (Pet-Nat) gets its bubbles from the fermentation that happens inside the bottle, resulting in a wine that is bright and effervescent with fruity aromas of grapefruit, green apples, and floral and citrus undertones. The wine’s crisp and refreshing acidity make it a fun alternative to white wine and champagne.
Tasting notes
Pét Nat is great for picnics with friends or family or as an accompani-ment to cheeses pastas and grilled fish or ceviche. The wine can also be enjoyed as a cocktail with splash of cassis liqueur.
