Overview

A dry orange wine from Muscat of Alexandria, one of the oldest varieties still farmed around the Mediterranean. Dalton pulls fruit from an old vineyard at Moshav Kidron, ferments it on skins like a red, tops it with roughly 10% Colombard, then leaves it macerating for months. Light sediment is normal.
