Overview

Zuriman is a nearly lost Israeli grape found around Horvat Zuriman in the northern Golan, historically pressed for grape syrup rather than wine. Dalton planted four dunams of it at Ramat Dalton in 2017, the first vineyard of the variety anywhere. Concrete ferment, clay aging, very late harvest.
