Overview

Marselan is a Cabernet Sauvignon–Grenache cross bred for structure with softer edges — and Dadah's Special Reserve leans into that with fruit from the Golan Heights' basalt-soiled, high-elevation vineyards. Twenty-eight months in French oak build a full-bodied wine with ripe cherry and blueberry aromas, layered with cassis and chocolate. Let it breathe for a couple hours, then pour alongside aged cheese or a hearty casserole.
