Here's a tequila that reaches beyond the usual Jalisco playbook. Curado starts with a 100% agave Blanco from around Arandas, then steeps it with cooked Cupreata agave grown near Morelia in Michoacan, macerating for about five days before proofing down to 40% ABV.
