Overview

Coconut rum with a genuine island pedigree, distilled on St. Croix, where rum has been part of the landscape for more than two centuries. It starts with Cruzan's smooth base rum, then folds in natural, creamy coconut for an easygoing tropical pour. The aroma leans sweet and rich, all palm-shade relaxation. At 42 proof (21% ABV), it's built for mixing, so pour it over ice with pineapple, mango, or banana, or shake up a breezy warm-weather cocktail.

My favourite Cruzan rum flavor of all time

"One of the Finest Coconut Rums available, and trust me, I've tried a lot of them. Yet, nothing compares to Cruzan Rum from my home country. I purchase a lot of this to make Coquito, one of my favorite mixed drinks! This rum has a delicious coconut flavor and aroma and is smooth and ice cold to drink. (The only competitor, in my opinion, is Wray & Nephew's Coco Mania Rum. )"

The Greatest Coconut Rum

"I cherish my coconut rum. Cruzan is produced in the US Virgin Islands. This is my temporary residence. All sales include a donation to support the islands' financial needs. It not only benefits its hometown and is excellent and reviving. You may have a slim pina colada on the beach all day long by combining this with sparkling lime water. If you'd like, you can add a little pineapple juice, but it's not necessary."

— Barnaby (5/5)

Mixing the best coconut rum with Mexican "Sugar Cane" Coca-Cola

"I've been drinking rum for the past 18 years and I adore it. I've tried a few different coconut rums, and this one is by far the smoothest and best-balanced—not it's overly sweet like Malibu, but it's also significantly smoother than Blue Chair or Captain Morgan. Each rum fan must purchase the large bottle and enjoy this."

— Jimmy-Kelse (5/5)

I like rum, but there are a lot of runarounds.

"In order to buy this excellent rum, I must travel more than 50 miles. Moreover, you may not transport this rum inside the State of California. Why, however, is it that I am unable to get Cruzan Coconut Rum at my neighborhood supermarket in La Quinta even though it is only 50 miles away in Redlands? What's up, moreover it costs a lot while having very few calories and alcohol!"

— Jade R. (5/5)

Most Supple Coconut Rum

""There is no doubt that this coconut rum is the smoothest one available. Try this ingredients: Cruzan Coconut Rum, two ounces Cruzan Dark Rum, one cup Orange juice, 6 oz Extremely revitalizing!""

— Beau17 (5/5)

Compared to that "other" brand, this rum tastes far better.

"This coconut rum has a far superior flavor than that "other" type of coconut rum that is widely available, and I first tried it in St. Thomas and fell in love with it."

— Esme (5/5)

An Outstanding One

"I tasted this, Blue Chair Bay coconut, and Malibu side by side. Both this one and BCB were great and really smooth. Cruzan typically offers a lower pricing than BCB."

— Zaara (5/5)

Rum that's economical

"This is a terrific addition, cheap, and has good flavor. I make it with blended pineapple and banana."

— Jasie E. (5/5)

Greatest rum I've ever consumed

"The best rum I've ever had. Since discovering it on St. Thomas, we have appreciated it. Drinks quite easily and doesn't taste strongly of alcohol."

— Raees (5/5)

I have nothing to say!

"Need I say more? Rum goes well with a variety of drinks, including juice, Coke, hot chocolate, and ice cream."

— Keira (5/5)

★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ 3/5 AI Rating

Reviewers are mixed on Cruzan Coconut — Beachbum Berry calls it the smoothest, most natural coconut rum, while Drinkhacker finds it cloyingly sweet. Won SF World Spirits Gold and Beverage Testing Gold. 21% ABV. Solid mixer that some prefer to Malibu, others find too sugary.
