It's made from 100% Rymin rye and aged six years, then bottled at a bonded 100 proof. Expect a nose of spearmint, cinnamon, brown sugar, and black pepper with a whisper of pipe tobacco, leading into anise and warming spice. Pour it neat, or build a spirit-forward Manhattan and let that peppery backbone shine.
