Extra Old and unhurried, Courvoisier XO is a blend of eaux-de-vie from the Cognac region, layered by the house whose spirit was named the official cognac of Napoleon's Imperial Court. Distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes, it opens with an autumn bouquet of fig, raisin, plum, and candied orange, threaded with iris flower and finishing on warm crème brûlée and vanilla.
