Overview

Here's a Manhattan that skips the mixing entirely, dreamed up over years by actor and comedian Aisha Tyler. Blended in Brooklyn from small-batch American whiskey, cane sugar, and Courage+Stone's own vermouth and bitters, it leans on natural cherry and dark chocolate essences, with no artificial flavors or corn syrup. Expect cherry cordial, butterscotch, and a whisper of oak spice. It earned Double Gold at the 2020 Proof Awards. Pour it cold or over a big cube.

★ ★ ★ ★ ☆ 4/5 AI Rating

Courage+Stone Classic Manhattan won Double Gold; reviewers and food writers say it's better than home-built versions, with small-batch rye, cane sugar, house vermouth and bitters plus cherry and dark chocolate. Aisha Tyler/Skinnygirl/Bulldog Gin pedigree boosts cred.
