The Cotswolds is better known for sheep pastures and stone cottages than whisky, but Daniel Szor planted barley there anyway and opened the region's first-ever distillery. This Signature Single Malt starts with 100% locally grown, floor-malted Cotswolds barley, then rests in a blend of first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels and shaved-toasted-recharred ex-red wine casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, non-chill filtered, no added color, it pours honey, red fruit, and a streak of treacle. Try it neat or shaken into a whisky sour.
