Marciliano comes from Famiglia Cotarella's Umbria estate, where renowned winemaker Riccardo Cotarella blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc into a dense, structured red. Aged in barrique for added depth, it pours a deep ruby red and opens into dark fruit, tobacco, leather, and warm spice, with firm, well-knit tannins carrying through a long finish. Pour it alongside grilled game or a wedge of aged cheese for a pairing built to match its weight.
