Cosa Salvaje Tequila Reposado is a 100% blue agave tequila from Jalisco, Mexico, rested in American oak barrels for four to six months. Founded in 2015 by Elle France, with country legend Tanya Tucker as brand partner, Cosa Salvaje (Spanish for "wild thing") builds this reposado around a nose of toasted oak and agave with a whisper of fruit, opening into apple and honey on the palate with a long, warm, oak-tinged finish. Sip it neat, or shake it into a tequila Old Fashioned to let the oak layers stretch out.
