Corralejo doesn't settle for the usual two-still tradition — this reposado gets a third pass through copper, a rarity in tequila that lends extra polish and clarity. Made from Weber blue agave grown around Guanajuato and rested roughly four months across American, French, and Mexican oak, it picks up baked agave, vanilla, honey, and a whisper of spice, finishing warm and clean. Pour it neat to taste the barrel work, or over one big rock.
