Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and double distilled the Charentais way, it rests four months in oak before bottling. Expect light straw color, aromas of vanilla, honey and soft spice, then a sip of lemon-lime, peppercorn, honey and toasted oak wrapped around clear agave. The finish stays smooth and medium-bodied.
