Overview

More Info

Guanajuato doesn't get the tequila spotlight often, which makes Corralejo Reposado a fun one to know. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave and double distilled the Charentais way, it rests four months in oak before bottling. Expect light straw color, aromas of vanilla, honey and soft spice, then a sip of lemon-lime, peppercorn, honey and toasted oak wrapped around clear agave. The finish stays smooth and medium-bodied. Great for anyone graduating from mixing tequila into slow, neat sipping, or a rounder margarita.
Tasting notes

Colour: Golden yellow with brilliant light flashes.

Aromas: Agave cooked with refreshing grapefruit and lime citrus notes.

Outstanding Value

"Smooth enough with a slight burn. Excellent palate balance and great flavor. It's among the best at this price point. Nothing harsh or oppressive, just straightforward simplicity without complexity. Simple to drink neat and excellent as a mixer. It's a wise and versatile choice for the money."

— Willis (4/5)

This is really fantastic.

"Tequila with lovely floral and silky flavors in a tall, lustrous-looking bottle. I'm curious as to why my neighborhood Pavilions has been offering this bottle for months at $35. 99 (after their 10% off 6 coupon). Although I am grateful that Tipxy prices are much cheaper, I do yearn for the "old days" when they would do the same for any retailer."

— Gregory R. (5/5)

Bottle of 1. 75 liter Corralejo Reposado

"This tequila is suitable for sipping. a few subtle floral scents. There was a weak ethanol burn. fantastic in drinks like a Paloma. I think the 1. 75 liter bottle is a wonderful deal."

— Alicia F. (4/5)

I've never tasted tequila better than this.

"I sampled this tequila at room temperature in a tiny transparent glass. It has a delicious tequila flavor that ends with a dash of vanilla and a slight alcohol burn. I've never tasted tequila better than this."

— Joanna G. (5/5)

THE ULTIMATE TEQUILA

"I've drank a lot of different types of local tequila while living alone as a young sailor in Tijuana, but COORALEJO tequila is by far the most smooth tequila I've ever had. BE HAPPY, BUY IT, AND DRINK IT."

— Hammond (5/5)

My Latest Favorite!

"Excellent price, smoothness, and flavor! It will take a lot to convince me to stop with this one. Try this one if you like reposado."

— Jason J. (5/5)

Highest return on investment

"I bought this tequila because of the hype, and guess what? It's better than that trash customer and my to-go tequila. I've already purchased four bottles this year."

— Salas (4/5)

Corralejo is the only fine tequila.

"The corralejo tequila is undoubtedly among the greatest I've ever tasted. Excellent for sipping is reposado in particular. A bottle is what you need!"

— Derrick H. (5/5)

Right on!

"The flavor of the margaritas at Fred's in old town San Diego is remarkably accurate when combined with Dr. Swami & Bone Daddy Margarita Mix. Cheers!"

— Anne S. (5/5)

This tequila is fantastic, by the way!

"This tequila was our first discovery in Isla Mujeres, Mexico. The bartender had suggested it. Since then, we have become avid fans!"

— Herring (5/5)
