Corralejo's reposado comes from Hacienda Corralejo in Guanajuato, where 100% Blue Weber agave is double distilled using the centuries-old Charentais method, a technique borrowed from cognac country. It rests four months across a mix of French, American, and Mexican oak barrels, landing light straw in color with vanilla, honey, and oak on the nose, then lemon-lime, peppercorn, and agave on the palate finishing smooth and warm. Sip it neat in a copita or shake into a reposado margarita.
