A excellent Tequila for those who have never tried it.

"I'm not sure whether it matters, but this is the first tequila I've ever had, and I absolutely adore it. I like it so much that when I have a bottle at home, I even reach for it in a casual setting. My preference for scotch has truly enabled me to appreciate this great liquor. I find the perfume to be quite sweet, with a good vanilla and agave impact, making it enjoyable to simply sip a glass of it and inhale as desired. The two flavors that immediately come to me when I think of the taste are peppercorn and honey, both of which are stated in the description."

I'm addicted to Corralejo Anejo.

"I haven't reviewed this yet since whether or not I would buy a particular tequila again is one of the ways I determine whether or not I enjoy it. Each time I go shopping, I usually try a new tequila. I sometimes notice the name right away... a bottle's shape, perhaps... or the Tipxy's recommendation! assistant. However, I have purchased from Corralejo Anejo five or six times in total. It is one of my favorites; the only one that tops it for me is Corzo Anejo. It has a pleasant crimson hue and is smooth and simple to drink. It does have a pleasant bite. To create margaritas, I also purchased the Blanco. The oak is detectable as a lingering flavor as it travels to the back of your mouth and is quite smooth to swallow."

Tastes so wonderful you want to smack your mother!

"I've had a lot of high-end tequila over the years, including Patron, Milagro, Don Julio, and 7 Lleguas, and this stuff is just as good as or even better than others! The Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia (and that was extra Anejo) was the only Anejo I tried that was superior, but of course it cost $125+ and is more akin to a great Whisky. I ordered 6 bottles to restock."

This my preferred one, totally worth it.

"My current fave Anejo. With a Peligroso and an Agavero, I purchased this. All three are excellent, but my favorite is the Corralejo. Compared to the Peligroso, which I still adore, the flavor is a little better. Smooth and delicious, but not sugary. You should try this anejo at least once, in my opinion."

Acceptable but a little harsh

"I like to drink anejos, so after hearing about Corralejo, I wanted to give it a try. Although it has a very good flavor, it can be a little harsh at first. The tequila has a lovely scent and is generally good for the price. unquestionably worth a shot."

Tony S. (5/5)

Wonderful tequila to sip

"For his recent birthday, I gave my tequila-drinking father this bottle because he was OBSESSED with it. It did not dissapoint when I personally tried it. Value your money!"

Evans (5/5)

Wonderful, premium tequila!

"Anejo is an excellent tequila, much like the rest made by Corralejo! Exceptionally good tequila for the money."

Laura G. (5/5)

Superb tequila for drinking

"Tequila is nice to sip slowly. No need for lime or salt."

John V. (5/5)

It was slick and wealthy.

"It was rich and smooth, and I quite loved it as a nightcap."

What people across the internet are saying
★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆ 3/5 AI Rating

Distiller reviewers call Corralejo Añejo 'fine, but not exceptional' - dry and spicy rather than rich, with bitter orange pith and peppercorn heat. Consensus: serviceable in cocktails but not a standout sipper. Most agree the Reposado is the real Corralejo to buy.
