Añejo tequila with a bourbon soul. This expression from the Corazón and Buffalo Trace collaboration starts with 100% blue weber agave from Jalisco's Los Altos highlands, then rests 26 months in barrels that spent 12 years aging Weller wheated bourbon. The wood share is generous: heavily cooked agave meets toasted vanilla, caramel, and a silky, oak-driven finish. Sip it neat to catch the crossover, or pour over one large cube for an unhurried, after-dinner glass.
