Tasting notes
It drinks with a smooth and caramel coated flavor profile. A mash bill of corn, rye, and barley, this bourbon is “up proofed” by our distiller to 90 proof to help define the brown sugar nose, enhance the subtle notes of butterscotch and toffee, and accentuate the “band-aid” finish so typical of older whiskeys.
