Meet Cómplice's reposado: a small-batch mezcal from San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca, where mezcalero Ignacio Martínez cooks mature Espadín agave in a traditional river-stone pit oven before crushing it with a horse-drawn tahona. Double-distilled in copper stills, then rested six months in medium-toast American white oak, it pours golden with herbal, vanilla-kissed aromas and a citrusy, fruit-forward palate.
