Most online liquor stores charge $20+ to ship a bottle.
This Glasgow Blend single Marrying Cask Scotch is a spectacular example of this work. Not only is it a perfect blend of single malt scotch and unspecified grain whiskies, but it is also taken a step further by completing the marrying process in a lowland grain whiskey barrel. The result is a balanced scotch that will offer you common whiskey notes enhanced by flavors and that will delight you.
The nose is a blend of florals, honey and a hint of light smoke. As you enjoy this pour, you'll discover rich fruits, vanilla, and cacao with a continued hint of bbq. The finish beautifully combines buttery pastry with what reminds us of orange pith and candied ginger. It is unique and surprising and leaves you wanting to return for the next pour.
