The seven-year-old whiskey was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before moving into our coveted Balmorhea barrels for an additional seven months as part of a barrel exchange between Garrison Brothers Master Distiller, Donnis Todd and Oisin Mulcahy, Head Distiller of Clonakilty Distillery. The Barrels traveled 4,500+ miles over the Atlantic Ocean to make this once in a lifetime collaboration a reality.
