Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Clifford Distilling's San Antonio is a Texas straight whiskey from the veteran-owned distillery founded by Sean Clifford, built on a Tennessee-style recipe passed down through five generations of his family. The mash leans 70% corn, distilled in small batches from locally sourced grain and rested in charred American oak. Expect caramel and toasted oak up front, vanilla and black pepper mid-palate, with a nutty, dark-chocolate finish that lingers into a gentle sweetness. Pour it neat to catch the oak, or over one large cube for sipping on the porch.

Tasting notes
The San Antonio rolls across the tongue like a piece of velvet and finishes with a lite sweet smoke on the end like the Great Smokey Mountains in the Fall.
