Chum Churum built its name on an unusual claim: it's made with alkaline-reduced water, a process the brand's South Korean maker, Lotte Chilsung, says smooths out soju's usual bite. The Peach expression takes that same base and folds in real peach flavoring, landing soft and fruit-forward with a light, sippable sweetness rather than a heavy syrup finish.
