Chum Churum means "like the first time," and Lotte Chilsung built the whole idea around water: this is reportedly the world's first soju made with alkaline-reduced bedrock water, blended with a rice, potato, sweet potato, and tapioca base. Released in 2006, it's now one of Korea's top-selling sojus, prized for a smoother, less acidic bite than traditional versions.
