Chulavista's blanco start is a market memory: the brand takes its name from Don José's boyhood trips to the Chulavista market with his grandmother, who gave him a piggy bank he still keeps filling today. In Los Valles, Jalisco, six-year-old blue weber agave gets slow-cooked in brick ovens for 24 hours, then double distilled in copper-coiled pot stills and briefly oxygenated to soften the burn. The result: a clean, agave-forward 40% ABV blanco built for margaritas or sipping over ice.
