Distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave at Tequila Tres Mujeres in Jalisco under Master Distiller Sergio Partida, it rests five years in French oak, much of it ex-cognac barrels, picking up dusty oak, vanilla custard, baked apple and cinnamon, roasted agave, and a thread of dark chocolate. The 2018 NYISC named it Extra Añejo of the Year. Pour it neat, over one big cube, and let it slow down the room.
