Château Pape Clément Blanc is the rare white cuvée from this Pessac-Léognan estate in Bordeaux, France — one of the oldest wine properties in the region, first planted in 1300. The blend leans on Sauvignon Blanc alongside Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris, hand-harvested and gently pressed before fermenting and aging largely in French oak barrels with regular lees stirring for added texture. Expect a golden-hued white with citrus and honeysuckle notes, a touch of pine and vanilla from the oak, and a mineral, silky finish. Pour it well-chilled alongside roasted chicken or shellfish.
