Domaine Chandon has been proving Napa Valley can do bubbles since 1973, when Moët & Chandon planted the first French-owned sparkling house in Yountville. This Brut Rosé blends mostly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, aged a minimum of 12 months on the lees using the traditional method, and pours pale pink with strawberry, watermelon, and ripe cherry over a whisper of ginger and spice. At 12% ABV, it's an easy pour for a porch afternoon or a toast.
