Chamucos takes its name from Mexican folklore's mischievous shadow-creatures — blamed, legend has it, for the "angel's share" that vanishes from aging barrels. This blanco is built from organic blue agave grown in Jalisco, cooked in stone ovens and twice-distilled in stainless steel pots, bottled additive-free at 80 proof. Expect cooked agave and white pepper up front, with citrus, vanilla, and a whisper of smoke trailing behind. Pour it neat, or let it anchor a spicy margarita.
