Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Curious what St. Lucia rum tastes like? Chairman's Reserve marries pot and Coffey column-still rums, each aged separately in ex-bourbon barrels, then blended and rested six more months in oak vats — averaging around five years. The nose leans into cooked banana, caramelized fruit, and spicy oak vanilla, while the palate unfolds chocolate, golden raisin, tobacco, and clove before a long, creamy finish. At 40% ABV, it's versatile enough for a rum old fashioned or a relaxed neat pour.
