Grown on limestone-clay soil from vines averaging 30 years old, this Merlot-led blend (with Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon) is hand-harvested and aged in mostly new French oak for up to 22 months, landing soft and forward with black cherry, licorice, and a streak of espresso. Pour it alongside roast chicken or braised short ribs.
