Château de Saint-Martin's Grande Réserve Rouge comes from a family estate in Taradeau, growing grapes since 1740 and named one of Provence's original 23 Cru Classé domains in the historic 1955 classification. This Côtes de Provence red blends Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, fermented in vats carved into the estate's bedrock over 20 to 30 days. Expect garnet color, aromas of red and black fruit with fig and warm spice, and a supple black-pepper finish. Serve at 59-63°F with duck breast or garlicky leg of lamb.
