Overview

A Haut-Médoc from Cissac-Médoc, an inland commune rather than a riverside one. Cabernet Sauvignon carries it: two recent US labels declare 60% and 57% Cabernet Sauvignon respectively, both with about 35% Merlot and the balance - 5 to 8% - in Petit Verdot. Dry and firm rather than plush.
