Cambio's Cellar Reserve Series pushes blanco tequila into new territory. This release ferments 100% blue Weber agave at unusually high sugar levels and cold temperatures, then captures only the heart of the distillation, discarding the heads and tails for half the usual yield. The result, bottled at a bold 100 proof, opens with white peach, ripe pear, and orange blossom, rolling into a creamy palate of honey-cooked agave and closing on toasted vanilla spice. Serve it neat to taste the craft, or in a citrus-forward margarita.
Tasting notes
